What is your refund policy?

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time spent assessing your system.
Refunds for services or builds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion.
Custom PC parts or third-party products are subject to the vendor’s return policies.

Do you offer a free trial?

We currently do not have any products or services that have a free trial or are subscription based.

How long can the PC Diagnostics & Repair Service Take?

We strive to have complete a full diagnostics check and repair of your computers problem(s) within 24-48 hours. This of course will vary based on if it is determined during the diagnostic testing that a part(s) need to be replaced due to failure. If the needed part(s) are readily available, we will inform you of that status and give an estimated time of completion and cost for the replacement part(s). As part of the Diagnostic/Repair Service, we will perform a basic cleaning of the components in your system.

What is the Custom PC Build Service and How does it work?

Our custom PC build service allows individuals to design their own PCs, where they can choose each component that goes into it. Whether you're looking to create a PC for gaming, streaming, 3-D modeling/rendering, video editing, backup storage, or any other purpose you have in mind.

The service includes a consultation to review your requirements and preferences for the system, your budget, and your desired aesthetic. Within 24 hours, we will provide you with an invoice/proposal that outlines all discussed components, the total cost of the build, and the estimated timeline for the project based on the availability of parts. Once payment is confirmed, we will acquire the necessary components and aim to complete the project within the agreed timeline.

We will maintain communication with you throughout the entire build process. Once the build is finished and the system has undergone thorough stress testing to ensure it functions correctly, we will coordinate a pickup or delivery.

What all is involved in the System Cleaning & Optimization Service

Our PC Cleaning an Optimization service involves the following:

A test of the system BEFORE cleaning commences to ensure system is functioning.
All Parts will be removed and thoroughly cleaned to restore them to the best condition possible.
Thermal Paste on the CPU will be replaced ensuring the best thermal transfer to the CPU cooler to prevent any potential overheating which would lead to a drop in performance and potential damage to the CPU.
Once all parts are cleaned the system will be meticulously put back together in the same or better condition than it arrived.
The system will then be fully stress tested to ensure all parts are still functioning as they should be if not better.
We will also run some simple optimization tests on your Operating System to ensure that is also functioning as best as it can be.
Because this service is so detailed, timeframe for completion is expected to be within 1 business day.

What is the PC Part Upgrade Service and how does it work?

Our PC Part Upgrade Service is designed for customers looking to upgrade specific components of their PCs. Whether you require a new graphics card, RAM, CPU, or CPU cooler, we’ll talk through your needs and recommend the best parts for your budget, selecting from new, used, or recertified options.

Similar to our Custom PC Build service, we will provide you with a comprehensive proposal or invoice within 24 hours, detailing everything discussed and the estimated timeline for completion. Once payment is confirmed, we will procure and install the necessary components.

After the installation is complete, we will conduct thorough testing of the new components to guarantee their compatibility and functionality with your system. Following this, we'll arrange for pickup or delivery.
